Refund policy

At Liftroot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

✅ Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
  1. Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  2. In the original packaging with all tags intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened/used:

  • Microfiber gym towels
  • Wrist/weight lifting straps
  • Water bottles, shakers, or personal hygiene/fitness accessories
  • Any product marked as non-returnable on the product page

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval/rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI (cash refunds are not possible).

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@liftroot.com.

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the item received was defective/damaged.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
