✅ Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging with all tags intact.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@liftroot.com with your order details.
🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened/used:
- Microfiber gym towels
- Wrist/weight lifting straps
- Water bottles, shakers, or personal hygiene/fitness accessories
- Any product marked as non-returnable on the product page
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval/rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI (cash refunds are not possible).
🔄 Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@liftroot.com.
📦 Shipping Costs
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the item received was defective/damaged.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
